City Hostel Geneva

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The rooms, showers, corridors, and reception were all super clean. The hostel provided a sink in the room, really convenient. Plus, we received a free public transport card for the day we arrived and the day we left, making it easy to explore the city. The hostel's proximity to the train station was a major advantage, as it was less than 10 minutes' walk away. It was also conveniently located right in the center, close to everything, including a lovely botanical garden.

There was nothing we didn't like.

During my Christmas stay at this hostel, I really liked the cleanliness of the dorm room. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. I also appreciated the fact that there were enough lockers in the room to keep my belongings secure. The bathroom was another highlight for me - it was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities, including hair dryers.

The only downside that I experienced during my stay was the small size of the kitchen. It could only accommodate a maximum of 4 people at a time, which made it a bit crowded and limited my access to cooking facilities.

The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance to both the train station and the city center. This makes it easy to explore the city and access transportation options. The rooms are spacious and offer amenities such as USB ports, power sockets, and lights above the beds. The staff is helpful and the facilities are clean.

Some guests mentioned that the hostel can be a bit noisy at times, especially due to street noise and thin walls.

The dorm room was clean and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi and individual lockers. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was convenient, with bus and tram stops nearby and the main train station and Lake Geneva within walking distance. The hostel also had a bar and restaurant, a practical kitchen, and everywhere was very clean. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at City Hostel in Geneva for a week and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. Plus, they provide a free travel pass for the duration of your stay, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with towels provided. the location was also very convenient, being close to public transport and walking distance to many places. the hostel had a kitchen on each floor which allowed me to prepare my own meals easily. the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

The shared toilets were not always well-maintained, and sometimes ran out of toilet paper. the dorm room I stayed in was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around and store luggage.

The hotel has about six computers for guests to use, which is very helpful, and breakfast is included at the nearby bakery.
